This website has been set up to allow injured workers in Western Australia to publicly have their say and air grievances about their experiences within the Workers' Compensation system.It is difficult to have views and information about injured workers' problems published or aired in the WA media for various reasons, so it is hoped this website will allow injured workers, their friends, families and lawyers and other interested parties to publish their thoughts.
Click on the link at the bottom of this page to e-mail your letters to this site and they will be included for all to see on this website. No names will be published, including that of the writer and those of insurance companies, employers and insurance company doctors. This means you can say what you like without you or other parties being identified. For legal reasons editing may be necessary.
